The motto is: explore the varied landscape and cultural sights during the day, in the evening enjoy twice the impressions of the day with a good drink!

From the starting point in Wertheim to Kelheim there are almost 350 kilometers of largely uneven sections. The route connects the Tauber cycle path “Liebliches Taubertal – The Classic” with the Altmühl cycle tour on the “Altmühltal cycle path”. On the way, the cyclists discover Rothenburg o.d. Tauber, the Danube Gorge, bathing lakes, castles, palaces, nature parks and much more.

“Der Sportive” cycle path
is the youngest cycle route in the “Lieblichen Taubertal”. It complements the “classic” and thus a circular route of a total of 260 km is released.
