On request, we can arrange a well-tended wine tasting, a cellar tour, a guided hike through the vineyards, an educational wine trail or a schnapps / liqueur tasting or a ride in the “Yellow Car”.
With Silvaner, Müller-Thurgau, Riesling, Pinot Gris, Kerner, Schwarzriesling, Acolon, Tauberschwarz, Raspberry Spirit and Sloe Liqueur, you will quickly get to know and appreciate the country and its people.

Culture and tradition are the cornerstones for great hospitality. Visit the diverse gastronomy and let yourself be pampered in the inns, wine bars, broom taverns, middle-class pubs, cafes and beer gardens in the kitchen and cellar with Tauber Franconian delicacies. The people of Markelsheim are very sociable and like to “feschteln”. Whether at the traditional wine festival after Whitsun, at the Träubelesmarkt with Federweißer and onion cake, the sociable gourmet night or at the atmospheric Christmas market – there is always something to celebrate and guests are of course warmly invited.
