If the bindingly confirmed booking (including telephone or short-term
bookings) is cancelled or shortened - for whatever reason - we will
make every effort to arrange the room(s) or holiday apartments.
If we succeed in this, you will not incur any costs. If it does not succeed,
we reserve the right to charge 80% of the original booking (90% for
holiday apartments) within the framework of the legal regulations.
The same applies in case of no-show, late arrival or early departure.

Another open word to the cyclists and hikers:
Cycling or hiking in the rain is not necessarily fun - we know that.
Unfortunately, however, no one can do anything about the weather.
Therefore, the above regulation also applies in the event of
cancellation/interruption of the stay due to bad weather. By the way:
There are also interesting leisure activities in the Tauber Valley for rainy
weather!
However, if a booking has to be shortened or cancelled, we will try to
arrange the room elsewhere and thus keep the cancellation fee as low
as possible or avoid it altogether.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance with an
insurer you trust.
In the case of a group booking, our contact and contractual partner is
always the client. He is also liable for his fellow passengers.

MEETING AND SOCIAL ROOM
This room is located just to the left of the main entrance and can be
used by our guests at any time until 10:00 p.m. (as long as no event is
taking place in it).
Unfortunately, the room can no longer be used from 10.00 p.m.
onwards, so that other guests are not disturbed in their night's rest.
