Please use the shutters for blackout or as sun protection. A request: If
you come back late at night, have to get up very early or smoke on the
balcony at night: please try to operate the shutters quietly, your
roommate will be grateful.

KEY
You will receive a key transponder with which you can open the front
door, the room door, the side entrance of the garage (bicycle garage)
and the door to the garden.
The key for the room safe can be found in the room on the Lego board.
The front door opens automatically from the inside to the outside
without touch. To open the front door from the outside, please place the
transponder in the marked place for about 2 seconds until it beeps.
The door opening to the garden (next to the breakfast room) is limited
in time for guests (after 10.15 pm the key no longer works).
As the reception is not staffed around the clock, please always take
your key with you when you leave the house.
Please do not take strangers into the house.
Please do not forget to leave the key at the reception upon departure.

SHOE
On the ground floor by the stairs there is a shoe shine machine.
Please turn off the device after use.
We will also be happy to provide you with additional shoe cleaning
utensils on request.
We would be very grateful if you would take off dirty walking or work
shoes before entering the house.

MOSQUITOES
Unfortunately, an annoying topic: In our region, there are some
mosquito species in the summer months that are only out to visit you in
your room in the evening and "entertain" you at night.
Tip: To avoid these uninvited guests, we advise you to do the following:
when you turn on the lights in your room/apartment in the evening,
please close the windows or vice versa: when you open the windows,
please turn off all light sources in the room.
