SUSTAINABILITY
We are an environmentally friendly house and operate all toilet flushes
with our own rainwater treatment system. Therefore, there can
sometimes be a slight cloudiness of the water in the toilets.
The garbage is sorted taking into account waste separation (as far as
possible).
We try to offer mainly regional products at breakfast.
The jams are mainly homemade from our own (untreated) fruits.
The apple juice offered is pressed from their own organic apples.
At the drinks vending machine you can get a mainly regional range of
drinks.
The laundry is done directly in the house.
The house is equipped with energy-saving LED lights as far as
possible.
We obtain green electricity from the local energy provider E-Werk
Mühle Kuhn Markelsheim.
A PV system is installed on the roof of the house to generate electricity.
The heating system was completely renewed in 2023 (with heat pump).

SLEEP
Many guests value a good night's sleep.
To ensure that everyone sleeps well, we have a night's rest from
10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Therefore, please pay attention to your volume
from 10:00 p.m. (also on the balcony and outdoors).
For a good relationship with the neighborhood, unfortunately, the stay
in the garden and at the seating area in front of the house must end by
10:00 p.m. at the latest.
"Budenzauber" and celebrations are nice - but unfortunately the fun
stops when other guests and neighbors are disturbed in their night's
sleep. This also applies to smoking on the balcony at night and the use
of the shutters. Please understand.

PARK
In our parking lot in front of the house there is a parking space for each
room or apartment. Please park within the marked lines – even if the
parking lot seems empty at first. This ensures that every guest gets a
