SMOKE
On the subject of smoking, there are friends and foes ... The whole
guesthouse is a non-smoking house. When the weather is nice, the
balcony, the smoking pavilion in front of the entrance door or the
garden are ideal for a cigarette break.
If smoking is still allowed in a guest room, we reserve the right to
charge a fee.
You will find an ashtray for the balcony in your room in the desk cabinet
(in the holiday apartments under the kitchen equipment).
Please keep the balcony door closed to the room while smoking. If a
neighboring guest feels bothered by smoking on the balcony, we ask
for consideration. With a little good will from both sides, we can do it,
right??

CLEANING OF THE ROOMS
The guest rooms are cleaned in the morning between 8.30 and 11.30
am.
If you want to be undisturbed or do not want cleaning, please hang the
"Do Not Disturb" door hanger in the room on the outside of the door
handle. If you go out for breakfast or out of the house, you are also
welcome to use the door hanger "Please tidy up your room".
If you have booked for a longer period, the bed linen will be changed in
the middle of the stay.

We are a small family business – so unfortunately the reception is not
always staffed continuously. You can reach us via the telephone

We are happy to be there for you, but please understand that we
cannot be present in person around the clock. As a rule, we are on site
from about 7 a.m. to about 6:00 p.m., after which you can reach us via
a call forwarding.
